The financial statement shows that we have a positive balance of $60.00 to date. I still have not yet received the requested disbursement from the AMYA for the money they have been holding on our behalf from people who paid their boat registration fees to the AMYA.

I am going to talk to a company nearby that makes those large weather proof banners (they’re vinyl, I think). I was thinking that we could have a banner made up with something simple on it like a graphic of a sailboat and the word “Fairwind”. This banner would be available for any class event like regattas. It would be generic enough that it should be useful for any event we can think of. Assuming the cost is not excessive, I think this would be a good thing for the class to have. If anyone has any objection to this idea let me know.
